About Fishboy
Fishboy is a premium line of sportswear designed by artist Paul Ocepek. The collection includes t-shirts, hats, stickers, gift and accessories for anglers, boaters, hunters and outdoor enthusiasts. We don't like to wear cheap stuff and neither should you! Our shirts feature heavy weight 100% pigment dyed cotton.
Our original designs are silk screened, not ironed on. Our embroidered hats have deluxe extras such as leather bands and brass details. All screen print, embroidery and dye work is proudly done here in the U.S.A. by American workers.
We accept online orders ONLY. If you receive our "catalog" you will need to go online to place your order.
How do you get a catalog? Well we don't have a print catalog (kills too many trees) but we understand people like to have something to touch -- so if you email us your address we'll send you a brochure.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal (fishboy @ fishboy . com) electronic payments as well as Google Checkout. You can mail checks and money orders our address above.

Fishboy Originals products are created by artist , illustrator, designer, outdoors man, beer drinkin' chili eater -- Paul Ocepek. Paul doodles much, sleeps little.
Shipping Information
We shipping via USPS (United States Postal Service) first class for packages under one pound (5-7 business days) or Priority Mail (3 business days to major metro areas) for packages over one pound. We charge you what the post office charges us. We do not tack on extra handling charges. Most orders are shipped off the island* within 24 hours or less. Canadian orders and some large items take a few extra days. We'll let you know if there is a delay. Occasionally we'll run into a back order situation. Most back orders are filled within one - two weeks.
Refunds, Exchanges and Returns
Not a happy camper? If you are not completely satisfied with your Fishboy merchandise, contact us by email (fishboy @ fishboy . com) to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of purchase date.

NOTE: Refunds sent with no RMA number will be returned to sender.
All non-defective returns must be returned in 100% resalable condition (to be clear, shirts which are smoke damaged or smell like cigarettes or cigars are not in resalable condition, even if they have never been worn).
NOTE: Our return policy only applies to purchases made from our web site. If the item was purchased from a retail store please follow that store's return policy.
Order Cancellation Policy
Please submit any cancellation via email to fishboy @ fishboy . com
Email cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, order number, and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order.
Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted (via email or phone), and your order was shipped out after, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping. However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping.
