Warrenty Info:

Your watch movement is guaranteed for five years from the date of purchase to keep accurate time as determined by the manufacturer. 

Warranty Details:

The external parts of your watch such as the case, band, crystal, stem & crown are not covered under this warranty. There will be moderate charges for the repair of these external parts.

The warranty is void for any watch returned rusted (if not specified to be water resistant), damaged, tampered with, or other wise abused.

Service:

Send the watch and a copy of the sales reciept with a check or money order for $9.95 for domestic orders OR 19.95 for international orders, to cover handling to the address below.  The check or money order should be made payable to Dakota Watch Company.  In the event that parts are no longer available, the company reserves the right to substitute a "like" replacement at the company's discretion.
